TheraSpecs Shipping Information
Non-custom glasses in a TheraSpecs frame typically take 1-3 business days to make and ship, and we offer four options for deliveries in the United States:
- USPS Ground Advantage: estimated 4-8 day delivery (FREE)
- USPS Priority Mail: estimated 3-4 day delivery ($8)
- UPS 2nd Day Air: estimated 2 day delivery ($14)
- UPS Next Day Air: guaranteed delivery by 11:59 p.m. the day after it is shipped ($39)
We ship orders Monday through Friday. If you choose a paid shipping option, we will expedite the production to ship your order the same business day if placed before 2 p.m. Arizona time and the next business day if placed after 2 p.m.
All custom orders take about three weeks at the lab. Due to the precise nature of crafting and tinting our lenses, we are not able to rush custom orders, even with paid shipping options.
Only UPS Overnight offers a guaranteed delivery time. All shipping times reflect business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
International Orders
Delivery time varies significantly worldwide, depending on location and service chosen. Available services depend on the country the item is being shipped to.
- US Postal Service: Estimates delivery between 4 days and 4 weeks, depending on chosen shipping speed, and offers no guaranteed delivery times. Packages are ultimately delivered by the delivery country’s postal service, which can impact delivery times.
- DHL Express Service: Takes between 1 and 5 days for delivery.
- GlobalPost: Estimates delivery between 4-6 weeks.
Import duties, taxes, and related charges are not included in item price or shipping cost. These charges, where applicable, are the buyer's responsibility and are levied independently by the carrier and/or local government after the shipment leaves our facility.
Several online calculators are available for estimating custom duties and international taxes; their results are estimates only and may not accurately reflect actual fee amounts.
