“My TheraSpecs Have Restored Much of My Life Back” (Frank’s Story)
It is easy to see that TheraSpecs have had a profound impact for Frank C. from Pennsylvania based on that headline. He recently shared the success he has experienced with their precision-tinted lenses, which have helped reduce the negative effects of light on his migraine.
The headache disorder runs in the family for Frank. He remembers witnessing his mother experiencing debilitating migraine attacks that would put her out of commission. Soon, his own battles with the condition would impact his personal and professional life. He found that he was missing out on opportunities for family activities as well as having to deal with work-related disability. Like many people who endure light sensitivity, grocery stores and other spaces with fluorescent lighting were a big concern. But perhaps his biggest challenge was his office environment, where he works as a computer programmer.
“My employer has accommodated me with several things to ease my pain while at work, but I still had to walk down the brightly lit hall toward the restroom as well as attend meetings and consultations with customers in brightly lit conference rooms,” he said.
