2. Send us your frames. Pack them securely so they aren’t damaged in transit, and mail them to:

3. We craft your lenses. Our lab fits your new lenses in about 3 weeks, plus shipping time back to you.

Good to know before you order

• We are unable to refund custom orders.
• We handle every frame with great care. In very rare cases, frames or original lenses may be damaged when new lenses are mounted. By sending your frames, you acknowledge that TheraSpecs will not replace or reimburse frames or original lenses in this unlikely event.
• Need safety glasses? If you need ANSI-certified, safety-thickness lenses, select “yes” in the option above. ANSI certification requires both the lenses and the frame to be safety compliant, so you’ll need to send us an ANSI-certified frame. Learn more in our safety glasses FAQ.
